West-Mont School is the first Montessori School in Victoria BC, Canada.

As West-Mont School is community and family-oriented, they wanted the ability to update their own site, keeping students and parents dynamically informed of the many events offered throughout the school calendar.

Content Management System (CMS)

The solution was to create a site with a Content Management System (CMS) that would allow members of West-Mont staff to simply update their own site, without the assistance of a web designer, or knowledge of HTML web design.

Circle Digital designed a Content Management System (CMS), that allows assigned staff members to log on to the West-Mont site through any web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), from any computer at any time, and update specific web pages through a simple web page interface that requires no special knowledge or training.

Besides eliminating the cost of hiring a web designer to update their site, the Content Management System has given them the tools to keep their students, staff, and parents dynamically informed on a regular basis, from any location.
